# Welcome to SmartHead

SmartHead turns ESG reporting into a guided, shared workflow – from the first data point to the board-ready report. Find any answer here in under a minute.

SmartHead is where your company collects, checks and reports its sustainability data – ESRS, Revised ESRS, VSME and the EU Taxonomy – with your whole team, without spreadsheets flying around by email. This guide shows you the fastest way to do each job, and a few things you probably didn't know SmartHead could do for you. Share it with the colleague who still asks "where is the Save button?".

**Five things people wish they had known on day one**

* **Export › Export to XLSX** with **Include data points without a value** is a ready-made template for anyone without an account – they fill it in Excel, you import it back with a preview before a single number is saved.
* Tick a few data points, click **Assign requests**, and a whole disclosure is on a colleague's to-do list – with a due date and an email, in three clicks.
* A confirmed double materiality assessment adds the **Only material disclosures** switch to your ESRS list. Eighty-four disclosures shrink to the ones you must report.
* Every GHG row suggests emission factors for your country and reporting year. You never copy a factor from a PDF again.
* Erased a value by mistake? **"…"** › **Change log** › **Restore these changes** brings it back – nothing in SmartHead is ever really lost.
