# The dashboard

The dashboard is your company's home in SmartHead – progress per framework, your carbon footprint on Finstat, activities and the doors to users and settings.

The dashboard is the first page administrators and viewers see after sign-in and the one to come back to: every framework with its progress count, the Finstat card, the latest activities, and the buttons to users and settings. Thirty seconds here tell you where the company stands.

## Where to find it

Sign in as administrator or viewer, or click your company in the profile switcher next to the SmartHead logo. The URL ends with `/admin-dashboard`.

Messages and Automatic newsletter appear only when your package includes them; a profile without activities shows "Add activity" and "Activity templates" tiles instead of the activity row.

## The ESG reporting tiles

Each tile is a framework in a reporting year: **ESRS 2026**, **Revised ESRS 2026**, **VSME 2026**, **GHG calculator 2025**, **EU taxonomy 2026**. The two numbers are disclosures **In progress** and **Done** – the fastest progress check there is. Click the tile and you are on the list.

![ESG reporting tiles with In progress / Done counts](https://2593582272-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxT5TFLiwBWeM9d0fDydH%2Fuploads%2FkAPNdDcm2HcB8T8lJTTG%2Fhome-1.png?alt=media)

A tile your package does not include is locked and says **Available from the Starter Package**, **Available from the Professional package** or **Available in the Enterprise Package**. To add a framework, write to <info@besmarthead.com>.

{% hint style="warning" %}
TO CHECK: Q17, Q19 – the **See pricing** link on locked tiles currently leads to a page that does not exist, and the package matrix (which package includes which frameworks) is not published; until clarified the guide says "contact SmartHead".
{% endhint %}

Which framework to use: [Choose your framework](/esg-frameworks/overview.md).

## Your first visit

A new profile opens with a short tour that highlights the activities, **Be inspired**, the ESG tiles, commitments and certifications. Close it and it stays closed. A profile created from the free trial also greets you with a welcome dialog.

## What a viewer sees

| Element                                           | Administrator | Viewer               |

| **Settings** button                               | yes           | hidden               |
| Finstat switches | can publish | shown, cannot switch |
| Activities, **Be inspired**, Messages, newsletter | yes | hidden |
| **ESG reporting** tiles, **Users**                | yes           | yes, read-only pages |
| Intro tour                                        | yes           | not shown            |

## Tips

* The year dropdown on the Finstat card switches the year of the published values – check it before you publish.
* The **In progress** / **Done** counts are per disclosure; the list behind the tile shows them per standard, with a status filter – see [Track progress](/management-overview/track-progress.md).
* Reporters never see the dashboard: send them to the **Requests** link in the header instead.
* One profile missing? The profile switcher lists only profiles where you are administrator or viewer; for reporters the Requests page lists their profiles.
