# ESG Calculators

SH is able to help you with your simple calculations as well as CO2 calculations or even help you to convert energy to the right unit. 

**Types of calculators/converters:** 

1. **Integrated calculator with simple functions**
2. **Energy converter**
3. **CO2 calculator**

Let´s see few examples how to use them:

1. **To show you the integrated calculator with simple functions** for example let´s click on *"Topic" ---> "GRI 201 Economic Performance 2016" ---> "2. Topic disclosure" ---> "GRI 201 - 1: Direct economic value generated and distributed"*

To see how this integrated calculator work like please enter numbers to the blank spaces and the ***"Dislosure value"*** will be calculated.&#x20;

Here you can see that SH allows you to use different units and in the end they will be converted into the right unit in accordance to GRI. &#x20;

If you would like to add GHG calculator please go for example to the ***"Business travel"*** section click on three dots and choose ***"GHG calculator"***.&#x20;

Once you click on it the calculator will open up on the right side. It will be shown to you in an empty stage where all details will be needed to fill in.&#x20;

Firstly, it is needed to fill in ***"Description"*** let´s say we will write down *"Air travel"*. In the next step we will change the ***"Dataset"*** to "*GHG Protocol, Scope 3"*. Next, it is needed to choose the ***"Vehicle Category"*** (in this case it will be *Air travel*), ***"Vehicle Type"***, ***"Value"*** and ***"Unit"***.&#x20;

Once all information is written correctly you can see the Value of CO2 emissions calculated automatically. If you are happy with the outcome please click on ***"Use"*** button.&#x20;

If clicking on the **"Use"** button was done correctly, your calculation will be shown in table on the left side. In case you need more transportation indicators simply click on the small, orange ***"+"*** sign and repeat the process.&#x20;
